Suppressed Anger Management
Wonderfeelz®
but by weakening what makes it necessary.
A new psychophysiological awareness approach that aims to reduce the psychological necessity for anger rather than teaching suppression or control.
Enquire / Book NowWhy Wonderfeelz is Different
Most anger management approaches begin after anger appears. Wonderfeelz begins much earlier. It proposes that anger is not the primary problem. Rather, anger is a natural consequence of an underlying psychological force that develops through self-impositions such as perfectionism, ego-protection, fear of failure, urgency, and persistent readiness for anticipated interpersonal conflict.
The therapeutic target is the psychological force that makes anger feel necessary.
The Feel the Feel® Principle
At the heart of Wonderfeelz lies a unique experiential process called Feel the Feel®.
The participant is not instructed to analyse thoughts, label emotions, replace beliefs, or deliberately regulate breathing. Instead, attention remains with the living psychophysiological feel itself. Natural breathing, body feel, heaviness, internal pressure, transition difficulty between inhalation and exhalation, and spontaneous relaxation become direct experiential pathways for awareness.
Wonderfeelz proposes that important psychological change may occur before experience becomes representable in language or conscious thought.
Breathing as a Psychophysiological Readout
In Wonderfeelz, breathing is not merely an object of meditation. It serves as a dynamic psychophysiological readout of ongoing psychological force.
- Observe the natural flow of breathing.
- Notice heaviness, loading and strain.
- Observe difficulty in smooth transitions between inhalation and exhalation.
- Observe body feel without trying to change it.
- Feel the Feel® without analysing or interpreting it.
- Allow spontaneous relaxation to occur naturally.

Beyond Anger Reduction
Wonderfeelz does not simply aim to reduce angry reactions. As psychological force progressively weakens, individuals may experience:
- Reduced psychological need for anger.
- Reduced anticipatory readiness for conflict.
- Broader perception of situations.
- Greater behavioural flexibility.
- Improved confidence.
- More strategic responses.
- Reduced impulsive confrontation.
- Greater psychological freedom.
When Anger Is Suppressed Instead of Resolved
Anger is not always expressed openly. Many people learn to suppress, internalize, or carry anger silently for months or even years. Although this may reduce outward expressions of anger, the underlying psychological and physiological activation may continue to persist.
Research has associated chronic unresolved or suppressed anger with increased psychological distress and prolonged activation of the body’s stress systems. Over time, this may contribute to reduced well-being and may coexist with a variety of emotional and physical health difficulties.
- Persistent mental tension and inner pressure
- Irritability and emotional exhaustion
- Anxiety and chronic stress
- Sleep disturbance
- Difficulty concentrating
- Relationship conflicts and social withdrawal
- Headaches and muscle tension
- Digestive discomfort in some individuals
- Elevated physiological stress responses
- Reduced overall quality of life
Wonderfeelz® is specifically designed for individuals who experience deep-rooted, unresolved, or chronically suppressed anger. Rather than encouraging emotional suppression or emotional discharge, the model seeks to reduce the psychological force that maintains the internal necessity for anger.
The goal is not simply to express anger differently or control it more effectively. The goal is to reduce the underlying psychophysiological conditions that keep anger psychologically necessary.
Who May Benefit?
- Individuals carrying long-standing unresolved anger.
- People who suppress anger but experience persistent inner tension.
- Those who become easily frustrated or irritated.
- Individuals with perfectionistic self-impositions.
- People who feel constantly pressured to prove themselves.
- Those who remain mentally prepared for criticism, conflict, or attack.
- Professionals experiencing chronic internal stress despite appearing calm externally.
Important Note
The Wonderfeelz Effortless Anger Management model presents a developing theoretical framework and psychophysiological awareness approach. Its proposed mechanisms require continued empirical evaluation. The approach is intended to complement professional psychological care and is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment where such care is required.
