There is a range of negative emotions that trouble an individual and people around him.

Anger is one of these negative emotions.

Anger is troubling when the intensity and how frequently one gets anger are high.

Many try to ignore anger or avoid anger situations or sometime ‘deny’ to themselves and others about their anger.

These techniques are more harmful as these make the ‘anger get suppressed’ into unconscious mind and stack up.

Such unconscious anger or suppressed anger is harmful. Often such suppressed anger lead to cardiac problems and increase in BP (especially the higher value called ‘Systolic Pressure’).

In case of anger the readiness to get therapy will be less and will not show motivation to attend the ‘Anger Management Sessions’.
